- This is a minimal supervision level II home.
- Ambulatory consumers with mild to moderate disabilities.
- Persons with indwelling urinary catheters are welcomed
- Age 18+ (Residents 59 and older must be compliant with level II care)
- Placing beyond age 59 requires age exception approval from licensing DSS
- Must be Regional Center clients
- (Funding as set by DDS)
- Private placements who meet the definition of developmental disabilities
- Persons who benefit from group living
- Persons with self help skills deficits
- Persons within or transfered to Valley Mountain Regional Center system, contact VMRC- www.vmrc.net
